As a graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston and the University of Minnesota, Antonio has honed his craft with the greats. Grover Washington Jr., Najee, and Paul Desmond are just a few of the influences that can be heard in his music. From jazz clubs in Minneapolis to Jazz Festivals and stages across the world – including the Montreux Jazz Festival and Carnegie Hall – Antonio has captivated audiences with his distinctive sound.
Antonio’s passion for music is contagious, as he has opened up for and shared the stage with numerous artists, from Najee and Average White Band to Alexander O’Neal. As a band leader, he has developed a sound that is truly his own, with original music that reflects his diverse influences and creative approach.
While Antonio’s journey hasn’t been without adversity testing his fortitude and perseverance, his passion for music has remained a constant source of inspiration, as he continues to share his voice with the world through relatable, exciting, and inspiring performances and compositions.
